A $1500 refundable security deposit to cover damage and telephone

BOOKING
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of total
cost. Full balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
If a cancellation is made 6 weeks or more prior to arrival,
50% of the deposit will be refunded. If a cancellation is
made 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
This luxury Mexico beach vacation rental
villa is staffed with a maid and caretaker. Breakfast will
be set out each morning. Additional meals can be provided
upon request. All food is to be provided by guests.
